Human history is a history of the battle against nature.

When humans attempt to conquer nature, nature shows its mighty power to reverse those attempts.

That is the providence of nature.

This work represents a humanbeing feeling conflicted but living through.

Terms such as ecology and conservation of nature have, for a long time, been common when talking about environmental issues in our society.
However, I have doubtsa bout a human-centric approach to solving these issues.

The power of nature is not equal to that of humans, and the former is overwhelmingly stronger.

And yet, humans, with their ability to control nature, built modern society whilst destroying the environment.

It is farcical to put that major premise on a shelf and call for the preservation of nature within the city.

Although I am neither an environmental researcher nor a member of an environmental group, I question through art this farcically conflicted attitude and existence of human beings.
